Packaging. Your orders wrapped in recycled paper then tied up with ribbon made from my fabric scraps. My swing tags and thank you notes are made from 100% recycled paper. Shipment. Your orders are sent via Sendle which is a 100% carbon neutral delivery service. I also use Sendle’s 100% compostable mailing bags which break down within months in a home compost. Textile recycling. To close my fabric waste loop, all fabric scraps either upcycled into other projects or are recycled via Upparel - an Australian textile recycling company that diverts textile waste from landfill.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia via Sendle with tracking.

AU customers: Sendle cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers
EU/UK customers: Your order will be shipped as DUTY UNPAID. Due to rising Etsy fees and complicated VAT payment systems, I can no longer offer a payment system which collects your VAT prior to purchase. My sincerest apologies.

returns and exchanges

As all items are made to order, I do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Please consider gifting it to someone!

If an item is faulty, the item can be exchanged for a new one or a full refund can be issued. The faulty item must be returned via tracked postage for exchange/refund to be processed.

care instructions

To keep your garments looking their best please hand wash them or use a delicate/gentle machine cycle. Air dry in shade. Tumble drying on warm/hot may lead to slight shrinkage.
